What’s Calling You to Therapy?

Are you facing big life changes and challenges? Are you wanting to change old negative beliefs and patterns? Therapy offers a safe and supportive environment to help you work through these feelings and make change.

How We Work Together

Attending Psychotherapy is an opportunity to be really listened to with deep curiosity, and without judgment. Helping you to learn new ways to overcome old negative beliefs and patterns that no longer serve you.

Therapy is not about ‘fixing’ something that is broken. But a space where we can become curious about your journey, and what’s calling to you now.

I work with you in a warm and engaging way. Really listening without judgment to what you need support with right now.

Often it can be hard to take the first step and reach out. Once you’ve made that call it can feel like such a relief. I look forward to hearing from you and getting to know your story.

Getting Started

I invite you to an initial phone consultation. This is a good way to make first contact. It gives you the opportunity to let me know what support you need right now. And I can share with you how I work, giving you the opportunity to see if you feel comfortable working together.

I work from my home office in Melbourne. We meet face-to-face, and consultations run for 90 minutes.
